Great. Just awesome. I wish I had more than words to give them. They seem so inadequate relative to the gravity of this, but theres nothing I can do.

Really sorry to hear that, i’ve had several family members to succumb to cancer. I hope it was caught early enough.

Cancer is not one disease, but many. There are 20+ types of brain tumors alone - each one different in how it becomes cancer and how it could potentially be treated. I did 2 years of research as part of my medical training (I’m a pediatric oncologist) and there are LOTS of very smart researchers (PhD and post-doc types, who really don’t get paid all that much) looking for a cure every day of the week.
